What a huge difference new baseboards make! They made the whole house look 20 years newer and made the rooms seem bigger too.

We've gotten so much done since last week. Now we're waiting for the carpet to come in but in the meantime painting the fireplace room and master bedroom. Not much left to do before we can start living there!

The Kitchen

We are done with the kitchen! (mostly). These are the before and after shots. (The green one is the new kitchen)

This is it! Actually this picture was taken the day before we made our first offer, our parents came down to check it out with us.

Since then, the big old pine tree on the right has bit the dust.. no, literally the sawdust and woodchips are piled in the middle of the yard!
